HP DeskJet D2500 series is a single function inkjet color printer. This printer is the main (first) printer in this series. Since then HP has produced its derivative printers like D2520, D2530, D2560 etc. There are a few differences in their features. One thing I want to inform you is that all the printers in this series use the main series model number drivers. Meaning: all of these printers use the D2500 series driver. Don’t be confused about the model numbers, just install the D2500 driver for all of them.

How to Install
In order to install this printer properly on your computer you will require to follow the following steps carefully. I have prepared these steps while installing this printer on my computer. I am going to share my installation experience here.
Installation Instructions:
Step 1: Double-click on the “hp-deskjet-d2500-series-full-feature-driver-windows-8-8.1-10-11.exe” driver file to execute it.
Step 2: Extracted the driver file. Let it be extracted – wait for that.
Step 3: An installation wizard will open up. Click on the “Install” button.
Step 4: Preparing the installation, so please wait.
Step 5: Click on Next.
Step 6: Click on Next again.
Step 7: Installing the driver, so please wait.
Step 8: Now, connect the USB cable of your printer to the computer.
Step 9: Click on “Finish”.
Step 10: All the drivers have been installed.
Step 11: All the components of the HP deskjet D2500 series printer have been installed successfully.
