How to Install HP LaserJet E78523dn Printer Driver on PC
In order to install this printer on a computer you will have to follow the following steps that I have prepared while installing this printer on my personal laptop. I am going to share the steps that I have performed while installing it, so please follow the following steps carefully.
Step 1: Unzip the driver file – right-click on the driver file and click on “extract to” to unzip the driver file into a folder. If you don’t get “Extract to” option then you will have to install a ZIP or RAR software, then you will get this option.
Step 2: Open up the extracted folder – this will create a folder in the same location where your drivers were downloaded. All the driver files will be extracted in this folder. Open this folder.
Step 3: Double-click on install.exe file to execute the driver installation wizard.
Step 4: Click on Yes to accept the license agreement.
Step 5: Choose the preferred connection type and then click on Next
Step 6: Printer has been installed successfully. Click on Finish to complete the installation process.

The main attraction of this printer is its LCD display panel. It is a really very big display to navigate the printer settings and give photocopy commands. It has a built-in Quad Core 1.6 GHz processor and 6 GB RAM memory which can handle multiple print jobs very efficiently.
The print speed of this printer is 23 pages per minute with a resolution of 1200 x 1200 DPI. The scan resolution is 600 x 600 DPI. You can scale the size of the ducument from 25% to 400%. You can print multiple copies of a print from 1 to 999 pages. This printer supports A5, A4, legal and A3 size papers. This printer can take up to 30 seconds to warm up.
This printer uses four toner cartridges which can give you 25000 prints per refill and in colour, it gives you 20000 print outs. Toner Cartridge details: Black: W9120MC, Cyan: W9121MC, Yellow: W9122MC, Magenta: W9123MC. This printer can connect with your computer through USB port, ethernet LAN port and wi-Fi.
