Installation Guide (Step-by-step)
After downloading the driver, it is very important to install it properly. This helps prevent driver conflicts and ensures that your printer works correctly. That’s why I have prepared a step-by-step installation guide.
Step 1: Double-click on the driver file to execute the driver auto-installer.
Step 2: It is extracting the driver file, so please wait.
Step 3: It is preparing the driver file, so please wait.
Step 4: Click on continue.
Step 5: Click on Yes.
Step 6: It says printer not found. Click on Continue to get specific options to connect the printer.
Step 7: Choose the preferred connection type and click on Continue.
Step 8: Now, please connect the USB cable of your printer to the computer and make sure the printer is turned ON. Once you connect the USB cable to the computer, the screen will detect your printer connectivity and then it will give you the option to click on continue. After that, your printer will be installed successfully. Click on Finish to complete the installation process.

This is an all in one printer that can print, copy, scan and mobile fax. This printer works on inkjet printing technology using ink cartridges. The print speed of this printer is very low which is 10 pages per minute in black and 7 pages per minute in color but it gives you crisp print quality with the resolution of 1200 x 1200 DPI. In color it would be 4800 by 1200 DPI.
It has a very useful feature which is auto-duplex so that you don’t need to flip the paper while printing both-sides. Its borderless printing feature gives you photo quality similar to a photo lab.
There is an input tray that can hold 100 pages at a time and one output tray that can hold 25 pages. This printer supports up to A4 size papers. This printer has a 2.4 inch LCD display on the front which will help you to navigate the printer settings easily. It is powered by a 800 MHz processor and 256 DD3 RAM. At the back there are many ports like Ethernet, USB and one for power. Wireless printing with auto-duplex is the main feature of this printer.
You can use this printer as a small copy machine with the 300 x 300 DPI copy resolution with the 8 CPM copy speed. This printer has a FAX feature but only for sending through mobile, not for receiving fax – only sending. This printer uses 2 ink cartridges – one black and one tri-color; The model number of this ink cartridge is HP 308.
