How to Install HP Envy 6131e
In order to install this printer properly on your computer, you will have to follow the following steps carefully.
Step 1: After downloading the driver setup file, double-click on it to execute the installer.
Step 2: Please wait while extracting the drivers
Step 3: It is loading up now, so please wait for that.
Step 4: Click on continue.
Step 5: Click on Yes.
Step 6: It is searching for a printer. Make sure the printer is connected to the computer through a USB cable or WiFi.
Step 7: Either it detect the printer or it says “Printer not found” automatically. It gives you the option to select the printer connection option manually. so please click on continue to get those options.
Step 8: Now select your preferred connection type.
Step 9: It says, please connect the printer to the computer through its USB cable and then click on continue.
Step 10: After detected the printer, click on continue to complete the installation process.

HP Envy 6131e printer is a color multifunctional all-in-one printer that can print, copy and Fax (Send through mobile only). It is an inkjet printer so the print speed of this printer is up to 20 PPM in black & white and 7 PPM in color. It can render prints up to 1200 DPI resolution. This printer can copy documents through the flatbed scanner. Put the paper on the scanner and it will make a copy of the document in color or black & white. The copy resolution is up to 300 DPI. It can make multiple copies up to 99 copies at a time.
This is a borderless printer so you can print photos on the whole paper. The printer has a 2.4″ touch screen display on the printer to navigate the printer settings easily. It has a 800MHz processor and 256MB of RAM to process the print and scan quickly. This printer consumes only 4.2 watts of electricity as it is an inkjet printer.
The paper handling of this printer is very good. It has one input tray which can hold 100 papers at a time and also has an output tray that can hold 25 pages at a time.
